FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
While burn contains natural and organic essential oils, they are not all certified organic. It's a Soy Wax Candle.
Please do not consume the candle oil.
The continuous burn time is upwards of 11 hours. We do not recommend burning the candles that long as trimmings are more likely to accumulate in the oil pool, and the candle is more likely to burn unevenly (making it difficult to use for the future sessions). Instead, we recommend burning the candle in 10–15 minute increments for optimal burn consistency.
Ensure the wick is trimmed down to 1/4” prior to each lighting, being careful to prevent wick trimmings from accumulating in the wax pool and allowing the candle to burn uniformly. Burn your candle within sight, keeping it away from objects that can catch fire. Never leave your candle unattended or within the reach of children and pets.
