We take a lot of care to check each and every product before packing and shipping them to you, so that you don't have to worry about anything. We are fully dedicated to your health, pleasure, and satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product and perhaps need a replacement or a refund, we’ll do our best to make this happen. 

Unfortunately, given the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. We are able to accept returns/exchange or offer refunds (store credits) in the following circumstances:

1) Manufacturing Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge - contact us within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.

2) Unopened & Unused: If you wish to return an unopened / unused product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to help you. Please include your order number and the email address you placed your order with.

3) Received a wrong product or a faulty product.

Please submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or video. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process. While we are happy to arrange a return/refund. 

To avoid any misuse of this policy, any cases of late notification or any unreasonable demand will be handled on company's discretion and we reserve the right to not process those returns.

How Long Does It Take To Get A Refund?

Cancellation Policy

We do not allow cancellation or refund if the reason is a change of mind from customer or a failed delivery after multiple attempts proven by delivery company. For other reasons, we will review on a case-by-case basis.


Once your order is cancelled you will be refunded in EarthEx Store Credits of your order value using which you can buy any EarthEx item for a period of 365 days from the day of refund.
