We know you’ll be very excited/in a rush to get your hands on your EARTHEX.
BY WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Generally, we process and ship your Order within 24 hours. Further, it takes around 3-4 business days to deliver your order. However, this may depend upon the State you reside in.
Rest assured that we will try our level best to get your order dispatched and delivered to you at the earliest. However, due to certain logistical handicaps, if any, your order may be delayed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER WITHIN 3-4 DAYS?
We always prioritise the timely satisfaction of our Customers. As mentioned above, depending on the State you reside in and any contingencies, the time it takes to dispatch and deliver your Order may change. However, if you have any questions with regards to your Order, you can CONTACT US.
If you place an order for multiple products, please be aware that they may be subject to delays depending on your local post office’s sorting. We therefore cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day and will not be held liable for delays outside of our control.
If there will be a change to your delivery date due to an issue with our EARTHEX products availability (heaven forbid!), or other issues prior to your order being dispatched, we will contact you and provide a new estimated delivery date.
UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS
If you think your products haven’t been delivered, please check with your local postal provider to see if they’re holding it. You must report all lost or undelivered boxes online within 3 days of the expected last day of delivery shown in your confirmation email. To notify us of an undelivered product, please CONTACT US
If you change address, you must update your address details in the relevant section of the website to ensure that products are not sent to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done in time to take effect before you move as you will not be refunded or credited for any products posted to the wrong location.
As it’s sadly out of our control we reserve the right to not accept orders from you, and to cancel your account, if it becomes apparent that, in our opinion, the postal service in your area is too unreliable.
